We come from a background of working within elite sport, where we helped to create environments and systems that are conducive to high performance.

We applied these same principals to the business world and now work across a range of businesses from small scale start ups to large private equity backed businesses- with specific experience in advertising, education, publishing and technology.

We’ve worked within successful (and non-successful!) environments and understand what is needed both for successful growth/scale as well as how to attract and retain top talent in a highly competitive market.

Outside of work, you’ll find us travelling whenever possible (to either beach, city or mountain), enjoying country dog walks (and pubs) and spending time away from technology with family and friends.
